MOULD RELEASE (DRY) APPLICATIONS

Suitable for demolding large plastic products such as PIASTICS, ABS, PVC, PP, PE, etc. during injection molding, without affecting secondary processing such as screen printing, electroplating, hot stamping, oil spraying, and pasting. Suitable for general demolding purposes of toys, household appliances, plastics, rubber, glass, and metal products.

Shake well before use.

When using it for the first time, the dirt on the inner surface of the mold should be cleaned with mold cleaning agent before drying or blowing dry.

After spraying this product, the mold can be heated to a suitable temperature.

When spraying this product, the nozzle should be about 20-25 centimeters away from the mold.

Try to make the spraying layer thin and uniform as much as possible; During the production process, an appropriate amount of spray can be added as needed.

Pay attention to excessive dosage, but the effect may not be significant.

3. Use only outdoors in a well ventilated area.

4. Avoid breathing dust/ fumes/ gas/ mist/ vapors/ spray.

5. Store container tighely closed in a well ventilated place.

6. Do not expose to heat, sparks or open flames. Exposure to high temperature may cause can to burst.

7. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national regulations.
